This is a working historic estate established in the 1850’s - regeneratively farmed, intentionally preserved, and fiercely protected.
Every vine you see is planted, tended, and harvested by the same hands that guide the wine into bottle. No shortcuts disguised as tradition.
We craft intentionally vegan Rosé of Grenache Noir, Rosé of Charbono, and Rosé of Cabernet Franc — each a study in restraint, radiance, and rule-breaking.
We limit access not to exclude—but to honor the land.
